Partnerships were formed with four provinces to deliver specialized one-time payment programs, such as the BC [British Columbia] Energy Rebate, that were customized to meet the needs of each province. These programs involved issuing high volumes of income-tested payments accurately, on time, and on a cost-effective basis.
